 We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial metal framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and painting. 

• Manage day-to-day operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and  schedule adherence
• Supervise  field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate  material deliveries and equipment needs
• Maintain  accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress   photos
• Work  closely with project managers, foremen, and clients to resolve issues
• Enforce  job site safety policies and quality standards

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong  knowledge of commercial metal stud framing, drywall systems, and painting processes
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
