Position Overview:

CCI Contractors LLC seeks a skilled Foreman with experience in commercial painting and drywall finishing to lead teams delivering high-quality finishes on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise crews performing drywall finishing, texturing, priming, and painting
Ensure proper surface preparation and high-standard finishes
Manage project timelines, material orders, and inspections
Train and mentor crew members in best practices
Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Enforce safety procedures on site

Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial painting and drywall finishing
Strong technical knowledge of taping, texturing, and painting systems
Ability to read construction documents and specifications
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
Strong commitment to quality and safety
